1. Services
For Customers
Scrap pickup service and platform-based communication with vendors.
For Partners
Digital job/order allocation for authorized Kabadiwala partners.
Finobadi is a technology platform, not a scrap buyer. The actual scrap transaction happens between customer and vendor.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate contact and address details
- Ensure scrap is safe, clean, and accessible
- Follow local waste rules
- Not misuse the app, fake orders, or harass partners
Vendors must:
- Follow fair pricing as per Finobadi guidelines
- Maintain professional behaviour
- Complete pickups responsibly
- Not misuse customer data
3. Pricing & Payments
- • Scrap rates may vary based on category, demand, and location.
- • Payments via cash, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer.
- • Finobadi may charge service or convenience fees in the future.
4. Booking & Cancellation
- • Users can schedule or cancel a pickup anytime.
- • Vendors must accept/decline orders promptly.
- • Finobadi may auto-reassign bookings to ensure timely service.
5. Vendor Verification
Finobadi verifies vendor identity through phone Numbers. Vendors are independent service providers, not employees.
6. Limitations of Liability
Finobadi is not responsible for:
- • Quality or quantity disputes
- • Loss or damage by vendor/user
- • Delays due to external factors
We will support dispute resolution wherever possible.
